A: Louise's Sweets is an online retailer. We do not have a retail location at this time. We are licensed by Marion County Public Health Department and work out of a licensed commercial shared kitchen.![]()
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: All of our items are made to order. Please allow at least five to ten business days plus shipping time, if being shipped.
Q: Why am I having problems checking out?
A: Louise's Sweets should work with any available web browser. But some customers experience difficulties not seeing the desired delivery date calendar to complete checkout. A: No, all orders are prepaid.
Q: Is everything made fresh?
A: Absolutely! Every order is made to order and requires at least a five (5) to ten (10) business day notice.
Q: Do any of your products contain nuts?
A: Our product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Soy, and/or Tree Nuts.
Q: Do you make sugar-free or lactose-free products?
A: No, not at this time.
